I was wondering if it was actually beneficial considering that pretty much waht creatine does the juice does 10 times that. Usually I just load up on Protein, Amino acids, multivitamin, and a mass gainer. Also I heard alot of good things about Celltech..What do you guys think? ------------------ ![]()

Save creatine for when you are comming off, maybe to help you keep some gains. B True ![]()

Read huck's thread on test and creatine synergy. Since it is so cheap, I would say add it. ![]()

Bro, cell tech did absolutely nothing for me, and that shit is expensive as hell. ------------------ ![]()

That is what I was thinking...that Creatine would actually help me retain more of my gains and also help me keep that intensity and muscle recovery. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't the only one with that view. ![]()

At the end of my cycle, im going to load on creatine (20-30g's)/day. Figure this will help keep my strength up by adding a little water weight. ![]()
