On its own it is basically worthless if you are seeking mass. In the roket fuel it is very effective. | ||

I tried brand name virigen, 40mg caps, i was taking 6~8 a day, didnt really see any strength increase. my buddy said he loved them cause they increased his strength.. everydosy is different i guess. but don exceed 320mg perday on that stuff |
