Hey guys, just a quick q here. I was wondering when you are on a bulking cycle do you train any differently from when you are not. I mean do you train more frequently, more intense or any differently. I have just started to train 1 bodypart /week one week heavy and one wk lighter and I am growing like a mofo. I have even had a few people ask what I am on? Anyways hope you can help, I wanna find out what you guys train like, Later bros ![]() | ||

heavy wight as possibale (as on youre last rip you would need help). doing between 6-8 rip . 2-3 min rest in between. feel the burn. GET BIG. ![]() |
