4 days untill the Rockie mountian bodybuilding clasic Denver Colorado. Competing in Masters 40 plus and open middle weight. 5ft 8in 165lbs BF 5.3%. Anyone else going to show? Will post some pictures if I can figure out how its done, not much of a computer wizzz. ------------------     | ||
