I ask because I will prob do a deca and d-bol cycle in a month or two. wanna know if you needed nolva (I will have some on hand just in case) and some other details.

I emailed you on diet for contest info. you weighed 160 something before your cycle?

I weigh 183 right now about 7-8% BF

p.s. I appreciated the info! (unfortunately for family reasons I could not enter the contest).
