Im gonna be in P-burg on business this weekend , last time i was there i went to the shittiest Golds Gym Ive ever seen . Any suggestions from the local folks as to where to train ??? Thanks in advance ....    | ||

if you want a hard core gym go to the Exercise Warehouse in Bloomfield. its small but good atmosphere.... if you want to see a prissy gym and or are gay go to Fit-one in Shadyside.... eat at Zorba's (great gyros) downtown on 6th and Smithfield..or Primanti brothers in the South Side.  | ||

thanks for the suggestions ill see if i can get directions there when i arrive . As for what Golds gym , it was like kinda behind a strip mall somewhat near the hotel i was staying in , ( you go across a bridge , theres some kind of weird tram type thing that goes up a hill on your right , you go through a tunnel and the mall would be on your right i think ) . | ||

Pittsburgh's right-go to the Exercise Warehouse. I lifted there after I got kicked out of another gym down on RT51 for being a "menace" to all the members (members=aeroebics dishrags who dont lift) ------------------ |
