Well bros I am finally a pro bodyduilder! LOL! Well here anyway. In a way this is no big deal, since just because I have 300 posts doesn't necessarily mean I know shit, but it does mean I've tried to help a lot of the brothers (and sisters). So this one goes out to all the righteous brothers and sisters out there who make elite such a good board! Y'all should give yourselves a big pat on the back with those calloused hands.
