did a search and most people think that you should take time off to let receptor sites recover. Most say time on=time off, a rule everyone is well aware of. Spellwin himself says that receptor sites upregulate with prolonged use. Whats up? And dont rip me, I did a search and found this info. trapsaplenty ![]() | ||

I go by the rule Time on = Time off But I have done it both ways. I take the time off for my body"liver" to recover or to take some stress off it. ------------------ Lift ![]() | ||
