Thanks for all your posts guys. I guess after a year I've just gotten frustrated. I expected to see more gains than I have, but I've decided not to take the 1st cycle until I get to 150 naturally. In the mean time I'll just be pokin around the board trying to learn as much as possible. Thanks again!!!!

Great decision. I was at this for 13 years before trying anything. Then I wasted some money and receptors without proper knowledge. Now I know a lot and have had great results.

Stay with it. Learn about nutrition and workout routines more than anything at this point. You have a lot of natural potential that is untapped.
