i have read that estrogen can make it hard to reduce the fat around your waist. So during a cutting or diet phase would it help to use an antoestrogen or estrogen blocker?

your question is kinda not to the point,

well if you are taking a lot of steroids your estrogen lewels will increase if you are a male, and that would be depending on the dosages and type of gear. so taking anti estrogen like nolvadex which competes for the estrogen receptor helps taking a substance that clogs the estrogen receptor is better i cant think of the name i think is proviron but i might be wrong(fucking drugs)
but if you are just on a clean diet there is no need to take anti estrogens, if you took proper care after the last cycle your lewels of estrogen will be to normal lewels
so no you dont need to take anti estrogens if you are not on gear if you are traing to cut up and if you are nost of the time cutting drugs like eq are high anabolic so there is less sides and that would include low estrogen lewels

what the fuck i probably confused ewerione, shit now iam going to be thinking of the estrogen receptor blocker
