Damn!!! I was gonna ask if anyone ever shot there or where else has anyone shot. I take full contact Karate and I take alot of kicks to the thigh and alot of falls on my ass, as well as shots to the shoulders and such. I guess you shoot in the bi's with no problems? What size dart are you using?  | ||

It doesn`t heart at all. Its more painfull to inject omnas in the ass in my opinion. Winny injection is much more painfull. I did it just for experiment Moreover I like to inject omnas, sust and other shit into a biceps. Yes omna won`t give you localized growth but its OK to inject that shit in biceps.I don`t remember size of the dart but you should use a short 1,25" needle for this kind of injections. Ive shot winny in the bis before, the injection pain wasnt so bad, but next time in the gym when your working bis, oof. I like the temporary, if not permaneant, localized effect. Plus its another injection spot. Slopain | ||

Bro, I wouldn't even think about shooting sus in my bi's its a painful oil bases mix of testosterones. It can be painful enough in the glut or quad. In the bi you might be out for a week. Just an opinion, but unless its something with proven localized growth potential, why would you not just use the larger muscle groups. Less nerves, more muscle, lower chance of hitting a vein, artery, nerve, or bone. | ||

to answer your question.... the best spot for a newbie injection is the ass by far..... and deca / sus does no promote localized growth....although some will argue.....it really doesnt! | ||
