Silymarin is the main ingredient in milk thistle I believe, I get it in bulk at 250mg per capsule, but it is 80% silymarin, and I take 3-4 capsules a day no matter what cycle I am on. Since winny is 17 AA steroid, I would at least take 3-4 caps per day, just my opinion. | ||

50mg winstrol/day: Sylimarin= 800mg(1000mg milk thistle) 100mg winstrol/day: Sylimarin=1600mg(2000mg milk thistle) These are the standardized extracts b y the way(80% Sylimarin).n Milk thistle by the way repairs damaged liver cells+increases liver cell regeneration. Anything above 100mg winstrol/day, use at least 3000mg of milk thistle. godspeed | ||

damn I get mine at gnc, with the help of a trusted friend on the board! (Thank You Sir!) But at 70mg thats a whole lot of pills, go to gnc it isnt cheap though (thank you again sir!) Slopain | ||
