Het bros I started my second cycle two days ago. It consists of eq and sten in thre weeks will move to cyp in place of the sten. I have about 20ccs left of ref-b from previous cycle. If taken orally give some recommendations. I really do not want to inject. I will be poking myself enough in the comming weeks. Damn I wish I had access to 100mg eq this 50 business is rough. When will the eq take effect. Several posts have said 4-5 wks. What can you expect from a eq test stack 300mg a wk of the eq 250mg of sten.     | ||

Storm, I love ref-b. Great gains for myself. Have never stacked with sten or eq just usually test. I would throw it in, why not. With 20 ccs I would go 1cc, 1/2 in the morn, and half 2-4 hours before workout. It would be better to have more so you could break it down 2cc a day 4 times a day, but go with what you have. Just my .02!! | ||

Just drink it!! Screw the gel caps. If you cant stand the taste wash it down with a little soda. I happen to like the taste. Well not like but I guess can stand it!! | ||

I'd be wary of putting in a blender, or even a glass for that matter due to losing some of it on the sides...just shoot it straight into your mouth! Good luck! ------------------ | ||

Just shoot it in your mouth. The more you swallow it, the more you will like it. This shit kicks ass, especially at a regular price of $20.00 in Mexico. |
