Check it out, this applicable for only those of lighter skin people(no i'm not racist), For prevention of hitting a vein i suggest using 3-D specs. The color of the veins will protrude from under the skin w/ use of 3-D specs because of the tint and color of the veins. Its most helpful when doing THigh shots and frontal delt/Pectoral shots. ------------------     | ||
