Any you bro's have trouble shooting you own glute? I want my GF to do it, but she doesnt want to anymore. It freaks her out. Ive been giving myself quad shots, however i wanna switch around the inj sites!     | ||

NUTRI, I HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF A PROBLEM DOING GLUTE SHOTS. I ALWAYS SEEM TO MOVE THE NEEDLE AROUND WHEN IM TRYING TO HOLD IT STILL AND I ALWAYS GET SORE FOR A DAY OR TWO FROM IT. I SEEM TO HAVE A LOT MORE CONTROL DOING QUAD SHOTS, SO I JUST ALTERNATE LEGS AND TRY MOVE THE LOCATION OF THE SHOT AROUND SO UR NOT INJECTING IN THE SAME SPOT ALL THE TIME.GOOD LUCK...ZEUS | ||

Get you a full length mirrow, it helps to see exactly what your doing! Gets easier once you have done it a couple of times, and it is hard to keep a steady hand | ||

Usually what I do is just let go of the syringe if I think I've moved it around. Only takes a second and it gives you chance to get a better position. As a matter of fact, I'm going to give myself a shot right now. Later. | ||

Stick it in the butt and use both hands. You can hold the beginning of the syringe in one hand, to control the syringe and shoot with the other. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short |
