I'll be in California for the month of December and would like to know how I can get a list of cities and dates for any such competition in CA, preferably Southern California. Thanks!

Just go to www.npc.com and they should have a listing for there shows, then go to www.dogpile.com and do a search for something like "bodybuilding AND California" and lots should turn up...although it is the end of contest season about now, so I don't know how many will be taking place for the next few months...my 2 cents!
