It is very good. I dont think its totaly nessecary to do a cycle, but its good to have. | ||

Whether you have the manual or not isn't the diffenence between night & day, but it will definitely help you. It gives all kinds of info including: how to feel good(I use that term loosely) when taking DNP & etc. Overall, I feel it was worth the $10. ------------------ | ||
