Ok, I know this has been gone over alot. Heres my prob, I know cheat days are an ok thing, but for instance I have been eating extremely clean for about 3 weeks. Strictly chicken rice and egg whites. Today at the gym I felt totally week so I went to the store and bought hella fatty/carbo/calorie/protein foods. and about 200g of fat and 2000 calories later I feel totally guilty. Someone please tell me what I did was ok... Please oh please.. ![]() | ||

I had a similar breakdown a few months ago. You'll be okay. Just nip your carb cravings in the bud now and get back to your chicken and rice. Maybe add a more controlled cheat day in a little more often than once every 3 weeks. ![]() | ||
