I'm going to take 300mg/wk of EQ for 10 weeks
stacked with 8 weeks of whinny. I'm in my 2nd wk and up 4 pounds and about to start the whinny. I want to get hard lean and vascular. Want to know if there are any thing I can do to enhance my gains

I would have done the eq at 600mg a week..and when you star the winny do 50mg ed.
