10 100 yard sprints with 45 seconds rest in between.I do this 3 times a week...this shredded me more fat off my body than spending 40 min on a treadmill every day ever did. ![]() | ||

I had a post up similar to this awhile back & I asked the bros how much they did while on a cycle. Different people do different things & I think react differently to it. I used to be a running addict (thats why I was sort of skinny), so I hate giving it up. But I have found that doing more than 2 30min cardio sessions a week tends to inhibit my growth/recovery. Right now, I only do it once a week & I'm thinking about dropping it all together while "on". ![]() | ||

my conditioning consits of sprint training which include. form running drills, accelaration drills, plyometrics, overspeed, resistant running and finally absolute speed drills. ![]() | ||

I DO CARDIO ABOUT 30 MIN AFTER I GET UP IN THE MORNING WITH A E/C/A STACK TO GET ME GOING. I DO ABOUT 35 TO 45 MIN ON THE TREADMILL AND THE STEPPER(I SWITCH EVERY SECOND DAY)AND DO IT 6 DAYS A WEEK. ALSO WHEN THE WEATHER IS NICE I LOVE TO GO MOUNTAIN BIKEING. M18 ![]() |
