My nipples are slightly raised and puffy. Its barely noticable. My chest is very cut and muscluar so it doesnt look bad. I plan on taking sust250. does sust lead to a lot of estrogenic side affects such as gyno? I have some nolvadex and proviron to take along with the sust as well as clomid at the end of the cycle. do i have anything to worry about?

i would say take 50mg of clomid eod jsut to get the swelling down

If you are really concerned with gyno,then 20mg/daily of nolvadex will do the trick to prevent any further flare-up.
