Both off these drugs have fairly long half lives. I took my last shot last Sunday. I figure 2 weeks after that I can consider myself as being off. I ask for two reasons: 1: it's always nice to make sure you give your body enough time between cycles to recover 2: deca and propecia don't mix, so I don't want to start the propecia again until all of the active nadrolone is out of my system     | ||

time on should equal time off obviuosly but around 2 weeks after last shot you should start counting the weeks ------------------ | ||

i've noticed that it takes 3-4 weeks before you get the full effects from both when you first start, so i would have to say it would take 3-4 weeks to fully clear your system. |
