Man when I started back a few years ago I used to watch Pumping Iron and Arnold was talking about how his pumps feel like he is coming. Well I swiched up my training to higher reps and man I finally know what he means. I get a pump that transforms my body, I literally look like I have a diffrent body when I am pumped |
