im not sure bout a real low cal diet but on about 2000 a day it works ------------------ | ||

done both low and high and found i could eat quite a bit while on fina and still be lean i guess the fat burning effects seem to be true. | ||

Yes Fina works great to prevent muscle loss while on a low cal. diet. I prefer to use test with Fina but that's just my pref. |
