you drink the liquid. Its up to you, Ref-B is rarely faked compared to the pills, but if you have a good source thats not a point. I like the pills just because of the ease of administration at work or when about. Slopain | ||

I would say the pill. You'll get more of an effect from the pill considering that it passes through your liver twice. Having done this more of the A/S is absorbed having more of an effect. About the liquid, I can't see it being as efffective due to the absorbtion. | ||

I have had both reforvit-b and pills, and I prefer the pills. Much easier to take, and doesn't taste like shit if you decide to drink reforvit. | ||
