Hey Guys. Yesterday there was a thread about how much protein is in a Whopper. Here is a good site that helps out with nutritional values of fast foods. It is a nice interactive site. Great info for bulkers, But be careful of the huge fat contents. Good Luck and Good Growing! http://www.olen.com/food ------------------ ![]()

The ONLY fastfood place I know of where you can get anything to eat thats not fatty shit is Taco Bell. Check out some of their chicken stuff. I often get 3 chicken soft tacos---low fat, high protein. There is literally nothing to eat at McD's, Burger King, etc, if you are fat conscious & want protein. ![]()

I usually buy two Chicken McGrill sandwiches with no mayo, and then add some BBQ sauce .. Excellent low fat, high protein meal. ![]() |
