i've never heard that one before. i read one of you other posts and you said that your doctor said to take it on an empty somach. i meant to say, that i don't think it matters either way. empty/full i eat after i take A/S just so the foods there when my body needs it. i don't wait to get hungry | ||

It doesn't matter at all.If you are using Humilin,make sure to have enough simple carbs!! J |
