I've been spending alot of time planning my first cycle as a cutting one--but now, I'm starting to see that as foolish...I'm 5'10, approx. 195 lbs, 12% bf..I'm a pretty big guy, no noticeable flab, 'cept for 2-3 lbs around the lower waist...however, though I don't particularly want to put on a huge amount of mass, my strength isn't where I want it to be..plus, with the winter coming, it seems logical to bulk now, and cut for the summer..so, what do you bros think of this as a first mass cycle--keep in mind, I want to gain really only 15-20 pounds of keepable gains, and hopefully, not raise my bf much. Week 1: Sust 250mg, Deca 200mg, Dbol 25/day *I know I'm using mild doses, but that's for a reason--I really don't want to look like a monster, just solid, lean muscle mass. Your cycle looks much like the cycle I have planned. Looking for good size gains with it. I'll be cutting come springtime as well. Sounds good to me. ghans ![]() | ||

I wouldn't taper up the sus.....go with at least 500mg from week 1 while your receptors are their freshest. Personally I can't see the point tapering up or down with sus. Good luck bro... ![]() | ||
