Is winstrol as effective when taken orallly vs. injection? I have the 20ml bottle.

Yep, stanazol in the form of suspension or tablet doesn't deveate in form or function. It will still under go the same metabolic processes within your system.
I personally dont have issue with daily injections, so I would indeed use the suspended form in that fashion.
