They said 7-10 days, its been 3 weeks which isnt that long otherwise but what would you do? ------------------    | ||

This shouldn't be much controversial, just common sense (no flame). If he isn't responding at all for 3 weeks, it doesn't look good. I'd say 1-2 MORE weeks. Later.  | ||
