If so, do you know what its from, and what you can do about it? I get real dizzy sometimes and shaky. Kind of sketches me out. Any help appreciated.     | ||

Usually happens when your blood sugar drops. If I dont eat the right kinds of foods every 3-4 hours I get dizzy spells also. |
