It does not work well when sedning to another coutry unless you have the "City' which does not always apply or you will not get from the source.

I have used to telephone Western union with a credit card with no problem...the number is on the website

I've used Western Union many times with no problems. It can be anonymous.

I was referring only to the "Online" Western Union...I have used the locations anonymously several times
