I agree with 2Thick, but I would start at a minimum 3 tabs a day add 1 pill a day up to about 6 or 7. ![]() | ||

I've seen where the basic time span for clen is very short before it becomes ineffective, something in the nature of 2-3 weeks max. Anyone care to comment on this or add please I would like to know more myself, I'm doing a clen/T3 cutt right now and It's for two weeks. If I can go longer cool... ------------------ ![]() | ||

There's nothing wrong with how the other bro's described it, but I would have done it like this: Increase with one tab a day until you can't handle more(shaking like you have mad cow decease!), then back off with 1/2-1tab. Take it for 3 weeks or until your bodytemp goes down to normal. When you get off clen, start with eca..... ![]() |
