Yeah, I'm learnin' real fast that all supplements, compared to juice, with cost AND potential side effects in consideration...ARE NOT WORTH SH*T!! Maybe invest in some protein, creatine/glutamine, possibly some BCAAs, and your vitamins/minerals, and then hit the f*ckin' gear...that's what I'm doin' in 3 weeks, still can't believe it!!
