What's up bros? I am just finishing a 10 week cycle of test200, nor200, and ref-b. I am curious as to whether I should take low levels of test until my next cycle or if I should just stay totally clean until my next cycle. Of course either way I will take clomid.

depends on if your natural level of test production is important to you...that is a personal decision

as for me...i like producing sperm

if you don't give your body time to regain hormonal balance, it's more likely that you will be permanently impaired
