I need to now the life span/ effective time span of ref-b if injected . I know most take it oral and it lasts 3.5-4hrs but what about the injection. Elitefitness bulking guide suggest that injecting you can use 50-100mg/wk vs oral 15-30mg/day. Can someone clear this up?     | ||

if i'm not mistaken it's still only 4-5 hours, but if the eliteguide said it???? maybe they're right, but I don't think that'll do ya much good. ------------------ | ||
