Just got back in the gym.How long should I wait to use AS. Been away about 1 1/2 years. I dont seem to have lost alot of strength but have gained some fat. Should I ease in or go full blast. I would like to lose the fat quick so give me some ideas.     | ||

Set resonable goals for yourself @ first, then use some ECA even. After some hard work and dedication, then use roids. ------------------ |
