Can you train your chest well still having muscle pain in your bi's. I know the bi's are a little involved during chest-sessions but is it too much so that my bi's don't get enough rest? ![]()

Of course you can. Your bi's get very minimal work during chest if at all. Except maybe adding plates. ------------------ "Pain is weakness leaving the body>>>" ![]()
