I'm next to ignorant about AS, but I think I know someone more ignorant than myself. I have a friend who has been lifting naturally for a couple years. He recently got his hands on 300 2mg Winstrol tabs and started taking five a day for a total of 10mg per day. He thinks he will get some mass gains from this dosage. I think he's wasting his time. How many mg's a day would he actually have to take to see any real benefits? I do know enough about oral AS that I recommended he supplement with milk thistle and drink lots of water...    | ||
