Someone else mentioned that last week. If I remeber correctly I think they are going out of busines and another company is taking them over. Not positive on this though.

I sent a question about this to someone apparently "in the know".

Here is the reply he sent..

Brovel & Tornel are still in business, Brovel of course, being the stronger
of
the two companies. Like I've posted on Elite, Brovel is owned by one person,
his son runs the company, Dr. Brovel's other son from his first marriage owns
Tornel...Both companies are very much in competition with each other...there
is alot of animosity between both sons- and it carries over into their
business relationship.
