I am an athlete 3 time state and 2 time national jiu jitsu champ. It is a sport that requires explosivness, so what is it you wanted to know exactly? I find the best AS for explosive sports is anavar, winny, and halo. And for training if your not doing power cleans ,push presses and squats and deadlifts then start now. | ||
