I was wondering the best way to lost bodyfat. I weigh 285 lbs and I have 18.7% bodyfat. I have been playing football, that is why I carried the extra bodyfat. Now that that is over, I am looking to lose all excess bodyfat and get cut up if I can. What would be the most effective way to do it. ECA? How long? Primabolan, Winstrol, Deca stack? Clenbuterol? T-3? Combinations of them? What do you guys think, and what would work for keeping it off? Naturally I have a pretty fat metabolism and I eat right and excercise aerobically everyday. I maitained my weight by eating more calories in the day than I should have. So I dont think losing it will be much of a problem. IP: Logged |

For 18% you need to make a lot of cardio 2 rutine daily at least 45 minutes,with a low carb diet and eca,don't use gears after low your body fat. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I'd definitly stay away from DNP for now. But two routines, at 45 minutes each? Thats too much cardio from my standpoint. What I would do, is lower your carb intake in 1/2, and don't eat any carbs past 6pm or so. Do about 10-15 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach (of atleast an hour) before you go to bed, and do 20-25minutes of cardio, when you first wake up, on an empty stomach. Sure, take ECA, or lipokinetix, adipokinetix etc... to help it along. IP: Logged |
