Take 2 cc's per day either all @ once or 1/2 of a cc 4 times daily. I prefer all @ one time, its a preference. flexed1 Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 746)	posted August 15, 2000 01:21 AM don't shoot this shit its dirty. It can cause gyno so you should take proviron or nolvadex with it. I also beleive in starting out at 1 cc divided into 3 doses than going up as you feel necessary. Excessive reforvit causes nothing but side effects IP: Logged
