I am 4 weeks into a Deca / Test cycle, and I have definately made mass gains, but I have also put on about ANOTHER 10% BF, what is the best way to get rid of all of this mess?, could somebody help me out . . what are your methods of getting ripped QUICK bros? IP: Logged |

Well if your on a bulking cycle like me it just comes with the teritory. I put on about 35 pounds during my 1st 8 week cycle and put on about an additional 5-7 % body fat. When you go to cut it will shed. Take it easy....all in due time. My 2 cents

like I said T-3 and Clen together is your answer they melt the fat off, also lots of cardio is needed how many time per week do you do cardio? IP: Logged |

Are you taking any anti-estrogen meds? Because, if you aren't the most likely assumption is that you are readily converting the excess testosterone into estrogen, therefore increasing water retention and fat gain. Also, I would seriously consider the use of clomid, since after you finish the cycle, test levels will drop, and you will get even fatter. IP: Logged |
