You should use them both for at least 8 weeks to get any benefit. Primo should be dosed between 200-400mg/ week. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yeah ape, but all it said was that there was a search engine at the top and feel free to use it. I was not being a jerk. So why would anyone delete it?
