i believe that once you mix them you have about 30 days to use it and it must also be refrigerated after they are mixed. thats what i was told when i used. you can break it up into two 2500iu shots anyway. you should take it for at least two weeks so it works out fine. i actually took a shot every three days for two weeks(1 1/2cc)worked out well...........good luck! ------------------ IP: Logged |
