it seems as the mg dosage changes on these one guy said thy were 65 and are made from pouder form right?? i my self would like to find out some info on this. IP: Logged |

If they are made from the powder (raw material) You should be able to adjust the mg. 70 sounds good to me though remember only about 85% is going to get in to your system 15% is going to be wasted while your body is breaking it down so thats only 59.5 mg per tab.
