taking stenox 20mg a day..do you split it up or can you take it anytime? i take 10mg in the morning and 10mg before i go to the gym. IP: Logged |

Stenox only comes in 2.5mg tabs. It should be taken 3-4 times a day, and one of those time should be 15-30 min b4 your workout. IP: Logged |
