BRO-no flame here but a little search wouldn't hurt. Like using yahoo! or someting similar. To answer your ? -NO its not of any benefit. It is a CORTICOSTEROID, not an ANABOLIC ONE. Cortico steroids are used to treat inflamatory disorders, severe arthritis,ect. ------------------ IP: Logged |

completely against what bodybuilders want-you dont want to add corticosteriods to the system, they are catabolic and hinder growth potential. I had gotten a Rx for Prednisone for my face and refused to take it. IP: Logged |

Exactly opposite from what you want. Prednizone is an anti-inflamitory drug that will cause catabolism of the muscle. If you are too big and want to shrink, then it is a great drug. IP: Logged |

Had to take it once for a rash, lost 7 pounds in about a weekand a half! Never again....try benedril or look for another solution if for a different problem! IP: Logged |
