This does not include clen, only non-roid using competitors: How many calories per pound do you take in? What is the breakdown of Carbs, Protein, and Fat (%)? Do you taper down as you get closer to the show? ------------------ IP: Logged |

I should mention I have nothing against roid users, quite the opposite actually. I only pose the question that way, because I am natural to this point. May do first cycle in the Fall, but I want to get ripped first. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Wouldn't u do a roid cycle FIRST, and THEN get ripped after that? IP: Logged |

This is what I do. Currently I am cutting up. I weigh 187 as of today. I am right on target with my weight loss at 2 lbs. a week. Calories: 2875 I do cardio four days a week, 45 min. I am preserving muscle mass really well with this so maybe you can guage it from there. IP: Logged |

Breezer, how old are you? You must have a fast metabolism. You're taking in 2750 cals per day, that's 14.7 calories per pound. When I bulk, I take in 12-13 calories per pound. So you think 44.5% protein (1.6 grams per pound)36.5% Carb, and 19% fat is the way to go? How long have you been on this and what have your results been? ------------------ IP: Logged |

Let's say you're 200 lbs, that's 7,000 calories per day. That's a hell of a lot of food. I know it can be done, but that's almost a chore. If you kept with the 35-40% protein, that's 700 grams per day. Where do you find that much protein? You must be spending a fortune on food. Way more than on gear. ------------------ IP: Logged |

PS by the way, I want to get ripped before gear for 2 reasons: I hear gear works better on a lean, slightly depleated body. And, I know I will gain 20-30 lbs on a buld cycle. I want to still resemble an athelete, not a blimp after that. Also I have time right now (& clen), and winter is always the best time to train heavy adn grow. ------------------ IP: Logged |
